"I was born in Munich,Germany in 1964 and had my first experience in the sphere of nude photography during my student years, as a nude model for various artist and photography schools and photographic studios. These 6 years enabled me to extend those first experiences thanks to the varieties of techniques and teaching methods in the various schools and studios
If declared photography your hobby, it's inevitable that, because of all the inspirations you get, the desire arises to work on your own ideas regarding nude photography, picture design, light-leading a.s.o with your own camera, as I have been practicing now since 20 years ago.
Working on photos, earlier, in the darkroom, nowadays on the PC`s screen certainly goes along with it!
My interest was and still is focused on almost all fields of nude photography ranging from the classic black and white photography to artificial picture alterations by the means of digital processing.
Whereas on one hand „Light and Shadow“ are playing a leading roll for me when representing nudity, there is on the other hand my continuous effort not to "photograph to death" one style, as you can – hopefully – see when watching my divers pictures.
Due to staying abroad several times in the last few years, I focused on representing nudity in more or less famous landscapes form South-East-Asia via Australia and New Zealand all the way to South- and North-America. Another emphasis at the moment, as already mentioned, is creative working on nude pictures by using the innovative achievement of digital picture processing that ranges from simple filter application to caricature representation."
