Mona H. alias Nora Ness, born 1959 in South Germany, was recognizing her affinity to exhibitionism very early in her life. Whenever a camera was around, Mona was the first you could find in front of it. At the age of 16 she began her career in front of her friend’s camera, where she already preferred to be naked. She was always dreaming to image the natural beauty of her body authentically, open and honest. But than university, where she was studying chemistry, was calling and her dreams has been vanished for a long time.

Although she jobbed as model during her studies, she never found a photographer who imaged her body like she imagined in her fantasies so often. Nora was looking for something very special. She was tired only to follow the instructions to find the photographer’s preferred position. She was tired to look nice, cool, clean and without any emotion. For a long time, Nora was not in contact with a camera, although she never gave up staying in front of them whenever she had the opportunity.

She worked in science for a long time and her work satisfied her very much. In 2001 Nora decided to make a change, since than she has been working as Scientific Editor & Consultant. This change was her challenge and she decided to accept it. Nora started her first self shots, first a little bit anxious, but more and more self-confident. She soon recognized how to pose in front of the mirror and at the same time press the button to catch the right moment for the camera. She also recognized that seeing and to be seen by herself, and the camera, gives her a very special kick. But also provocation is an important aspect in her work. She uses the mirror to let people look into the mendaciously moral of our society and the best of all she does it with great fun.

Nora uses neither artificial light nor a special styling. Her body, some accessories, and especially her real emotions create an atmosphere which more and more people find arousing, stimulation and very provocative, as well.
