The person:

Sascha Hüttenhain was born in 1973 in Siegen/NRW.
Here he lives and works as independent confectioner, sideline as a freelance photographer. Since 1999 he occupies intensively with the photography.

Photography:
His photographic main topic is the human.
The connection of aesthetic bodies with the apparently hard and sharp-edged forms of the world of work is one of the basic intentions of his work.
He can convert this basic idea at the best in his photos on location.
Here he often selects places himself, in which probably not many people would shoot photos: dilapidated buildings, shut down industries, deserted places.
For him these components fit ideally as a contrast to the human body. Usually he only works with the existing light.
But this kind of the photography not only inspire him,
Ballet and dance with its beauty and elegance likewise belongs to his work area.
During the cold winter months or in bad weather he works in the photo studio.
His photos always develop in coordination with the models, whereby the basic ideas are given by him and will be refined or extended during the shooting.
